Responsibilities
Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels
Report on overall ROI of lead generation activities and engagement metrics
Provide sales support through enablement initiatives for engagement, upsell, retention, referrals, and reactivation
Implement robust attribution modeling for campaign impact measurement.
Drive non-paid search and SEO initiatives for enhanced visibility
Implement brand tracking mechanisms to gauge and enhance performance, grow targeted website traffic, increase MQLs, etc.
Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., SEM, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, etc.) and conversion rate optimization
Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize strategies
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
Work closely with Senior Management and Sales teams delivering field marketing activities to support product and sales growth
About You
6 years in B2B/B2G growth or acquisition marketing with a proven track record and concrete examples of past successes.
Expertise in audience segmentation, promotion, and market research.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Hubspot, Tableau, and Webflow.
Hands-on experience in (but not limited to) SEO, SEM, social, paid and unpaid search strategies.
Proven ability to set, manage, and execute against budgets.
Strong understanding of performance analytics across the customer funnel.
Successful lead generation and customer acquisition track record.
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, AI, and technical audiences.
Effective cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.
